Eastenders - Cindy background information

Cindy Williams Jr

• Cindy came onto the square when Peter Beale returned and she followed him in search of her family
• Her mother died when she was young (3) and she went to live with her Grandmother - now she thinks it is uncool to live with her Grandmother so went to search for Ian
• When she first came onto the sqaure Ian wanted her to leave, but she refused to leave and made herself quite comfortable in his house
• She created quite a stir when she first came onto the square when she stole money off of Peter's friends (after hiding in the boot when they went on holiday) and by the fact that she wouldn't leave, even though Peter, Lucy and Ian didn't want her there
• She had sex with a new-comer on the square TJ, even though she was suppose to be with Liam - stereotype? 
• She has only just had the baby and TJ has left to go to milton keynes with his family because he doesn't want to be a dad yet and has left Cindy on her own, so she is now a single teenage mother
• At first, Ian wanted her to get rid of the baby, but she said all the way through the pregnancy that she wanted to keep it and bring it up whether the father was around or not, so with that in mind he wanted her to go back to her Grandmothers and when she decided to go after an argument, Ian ran down the road after the car pleading her to stay
• She came back just before she was supposed to give birth, complaining that the lady she was living with wanted to raise the baby as her own and wanted to adopt her - but Cindy didnt want any of that
• When the baby was born, it was just after Lucy had died and Ian was with her throughout the whole birth, and their bond grew stronger in that time 
• Her bond with Ian and Peter has grown stronger since she has had her baby girl, although it is still iffy as to whether they fully except her
